Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial professionals to join our team as Business Brokers/M&A Advisors. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential and flexible work arrangements. Ideal candidates will have strong B2B sales and marketing expertise, business ownership experience, and a passion for working with business owners. No prior brokerage experience is required; we provide training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business transactions, valuations, and consulting for buyers and sellers of businesses and/or commercial real estate properties.
- Secure seller listing engagements and increase brand recognition through networking and marketing efforts.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, outbound calls, email campaigns, social media marketing, and presentations.
- Organize and manage buyer-seller meetings, offers, negotiations, and transaction documentation.
- Offer additional services in valuation consulting, 1031 exchanges, collaboration with partnerships in exit planning, capital gains tax deferral, retirement planning, and educational courses.
Qualifications:
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (for states that require it).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, management, sales, marketing, accounting, finance, or law.
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Inhouse deal making is encouraged.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus but not required.
